That is what I thought, but no matter what leverage I used, the battery would not budge. That's why I requested a new phone, since I wasn't going to run the chance of damaging either the battery or inside the case around the battery housing every time I wanted to do a cold reboot. I have fingernails of steel and chipped my nail trying to pry out the battery. As I mentioned, had to use a butter knife to get enough leverage to pop the battery out!
