Hi oliegirl, This is the first place to come for advice, While Sprint should be taking out and shot for the garbage they were pulling on you, it is good to hear that your device appears to now be working. I would print and keep a copy of this thread in case the device starts up again with that problem, that way you may want to either reload the software or go to a Sprint store and TELL THEM I am under warrenty and you can not chargbe me to look at the device.
