All messages go into the "Messages" folder. That's just how it works. You'll also have a second email folder for your BIS email but it will duplicate in the "Messages" folder. When you delete from one it will delete in the other folder.
As for changes on the BES mail not reflecting in Notes you'll need to contact your IT dept on that. |
