This couldn't be further from the truth. This is the 4th or 5th time we've done this now. It's just that the Customer Loyalty department is who can offer the best deals. I understand that from a business standpoint, if someone's willing to pay 450 for the phone with no hassle, why not take the money if you're T-Mo? I think it's a good idea. I've never had any problems at all for using the Customer Loyalty department. In fact, you seem to get treated like a king when you speak with them.
