It says the battery is drained and now when I connect the charger it has the yellow light... but the battery was full before this so I'm confused. | Pull the battery count to 10. Put the battery back in. Plug the phone up to a USB cable from you computer. Make sure the device manager is running. Wait for the computer to power up your phone it may take a little time. I had a battery that was fully drained and this worked for me. Also you can check you status by going to options-status It will give you the battery strength
