It is not possible to "unlock"CDMA devices like the 7130e. If you know the MSL (master subsidy lock) of the device, you may be able to convince MetroPCS to activate the device, but I highly doubt. Cricket is the only CDMA carrier I know of that will activate phones they did not sell. Also, you will not get BlackBerry service on the device as MetroPCS does not offer BlackBerry service.
