I have had no problem going to www.coolservice.dk and uploading your file. Then goto wap.coolservice.dk to find the code they give you and its downloaded. I have so many ringtonez on my BB8700c now its crazy. As far as programs I use to make the MP3's, I use Audacity (free) and Lame (free mp3 encoder) . Hope this helps everyone.
