Don't aways go by the latest OS listed. The latest OS you should have is the one that your network provider recommend. Some network providers update their sofware faster than others and vice versa. If you try to run a newer OS the network provider might not be able to configure all of it. Why ruin a perfectly good phone with other OS that appertain to other countries?
Thank you for you hint. I tryed the 220.127.116.11 OS but now i will stick to the original OS provided by the network 18.104.22.168
