No it just tells you the two services you are missing. jnelson2000 has what I think is the right approach. My guess is that when they reflashed some of these units they were linked into a BES that had the policies set to disable the services on the ones that wound up missing the services and not on the ones that did not. Since the services appear on some and not on others.
