Ohh yeah.

So then download the .zip file to your PC. Unzip the files to a folder in your desktop called BlingBall.

Connect your device to your PC with the USB cable, launch Desktop Manager, go into App Loader, click on Browse, then locate the Bling Ball folder on your desktop. Select the .alx file. Follow the prompts and it should install it on your device.
