I also use EasyDialer with Google Voice and I wanted to let ya'll know the settings I use.

CallType: Direct call
Service Number: Google Number
Dial Sequence: 2
Termination Charater: #

The advantage of this setting is you don't have to listen to all the menu options and it makes the call much quicker. I've tested several calls and they all went through just fine. I'll post back here if it ends up messing up at all, in which case I might need to add some pauses.
