| | continuous JVM errors

We have a number of Blackberry users in our organization all on a BES server with 7280 devices. One user is continuously getting JVM errors and has had his OS reloaded a number of times. Most recently we had a new 7280 RIM sent to him to replace his and almost immediatly after receiving it he got another JVM error. The latest was JVM 507, but the JVM error code always seems to be a different number. Any ideas what could cause this to carrry over from one unit to another?
