No tetherberry is a non subscription software,this means that you only have to pay one time fee,and that's it,and once this is a after market software the big companies (sprint verizon att tmobile and probably even metro pcs that has the 8330 curve) don't see it as a tethering tool,and you don't have to let them know that you're using your berry as a modem,me myself use my blackberry 8320 for tethering my laptop,and I don't need this software once tmo don't charge for tethering,but my friend has a 8330 curve on verizon he uses tetherberry and he says is awesome,and no extra charges from verizon for tethering,anyway,give it a try,just in my personal opinion,don't use it,for business,I mean try not to go over the 5gb they recomend as a fair use
