Default I'm not receiving all my email

Hi member, I have the curve 8900 I have setup on my blackberry 8900 curve my work email which is ms 2007 exchange through the bis. What i found occurred is that Iím getting some emails and some email Iím not getting. This rule applies to people from my work and people out of work. What is worst is that Iím getting all my emails on my outlook. I Donít have any filtering at all. Also I did rest the phone and deleted the email and reinstalled it on my blackberry. I called the provider they didnít help I called the IT department they in my company they said there is nothing wrong with my email.
Please any one can help.
