Hi I just bought tow 8320's one for me and one for my wife. One of them I can syncornize the other when I use the USB laptop won't recognize it saying unknown device. Ihave tried many times reinstalling the desktop software. Is one of the blackberrys defective? I bought them on ebay unlocked and supposed to be new. Any ideas?
