A) If you are a customer in good standing, try calling customer support. Generally they provide the unlocking code free; if not, a reputable dealer such as Horizon Wireless is a good choice.

Also, unlock codes are specific to your device. There is not a shared code that can be PMed to you.

B) No - the Bold is a GSM only device, and Verizon is a CDMA carrier. They are incompatible.
