AT&T confirmed a Nationwide RIM Blackberry Email outage on April 13th at 10:00 am PDT.

Call AT&T and they will literally BS with you for an hour as they go down the list of idiotic options. Send yourself any email. Test your Internet Connection. Resend Service Books. Can we call you on another Phone, so you have two phones against your skull. I can't connect you with RIM unless I go down my checklist. Yada Yada Yada.

BTW DON'T delete your Email Service Books...
