Hi, had a customer on the phone earlier and he is saying that the only way he is getting his emails is by going to reconsile now option on his blackberry. He has BIS and a curve. He has the Capital GPRS so its not a networ error.

Anyone have any clues as to what is wrong and why this is happening?
