Assuming your photos are in the mass storage device, one other easy way to do copy them to your computer is to get the mass storage device (SD card) from your BB and insert the card reader (or to your computer if it has one) and use copy/paste.

Note: As was discussed in other threads, getting the SD card out of the device is challenging until you learn how to do it. It is exteremely easy once you know how to do it. So, don't blame the device (or RIM) if you are having difficulties to get the SD card out. I believe it is an excellent design by RIM to have a stable sitting.
