Warning - make sure this charge actually appears on your bill. I thought I had purchased similar insurance for my 7780. Then, when I lost it, I figured, no biggie...that's what I've been paying insurance for. But when I went to make the claim, I was surprised to hear that I had no such insurance. And when I went to review my bills, I was surprised that this charge was NOT appearing on each bill. I know I had the conversation with the rep, but obviously they were not able to actually add it to my bill, but nobody ever told me, and I didn't pay close attention. Ended up buying a 7290, making the 8700C my 3rd Blackberry this year!!
