Sorry for the delay. You may be running 64Bit Vista and not 32Bit. It will be the same path but you need to start in Program Files (x86). If you have no password on the device, just leave the field blank and CrackUtil will load. Have you downloaded and installed the Storm OS onto your computer? If you haven't, that is why nothing is in the Java folder.
Install the latest build of the Storm OS, currently 4.7.0.141. then follow the steps and you should be all set. If not, PM me or send me a PIN. Good Luck!

There is no Shared\Loader Files\{Your OS Here}\Java listed after that. The closest file i see is the apploader file. There still no os or java in that file. I did a search for net_rim_bb_browser_daemon can could not find it. i did however find it in the desktop software but i could not delete it or move it. The OS I am using for my Blackberry is 4.7.0.75. Lastly If I can't load this tmobile service book do I really need it?
PLease and Thank you for any help
