Not sure if this is strictly a BES question, but here goes.

We currently has a BES and use Lotus Notes as our e-mail platform.

We have around eight users on the RIM 7290 Blackberry, who have set their handsets to use wireless e-mail reconcilliation.

We have just got two T-Mobile MDAIII's, and they have been set up on the BES but when you look in the BES Manager it states that wireless e-mail reconcilliation is set to off.

Does anyone have any ideas?
