So when you reactivated them the calendar still failed to show up? Did you check to see if they have any calendar problems in the OWA? We had a few like this, but we activated them and tried a couple of other things on the device itself.
Do a rset on the calendar and see if it pushes
Delete the Desktop (CICAL) service book and repush it from the server
Dont delete all the rest just the CICAL.
