1 - Your blackberry is not working, as you say. It is not going to start working on its own if it hasn't after several battery pulls.

2 - If it is not a hardware problem--i.e. it is software--you are not going to do anything that can't be recovered from by attempting a wipe a OS reinstall.

3 - Make sure you have everything--desktop manager, the device software--before you wipe.

If you mess up, start over and try again.
