I have used the quick pull before and now all of a sudden I cannot schedule a time for the quick pull to work. I am trying to schedule it in the middle of the night but when I hit the ok button it does nothing. It will only allow me to set the time for the current time that I am entering the program. Has this happened to anyone else?

Another matter, it seems like my buttons may be freezing. All of a sudden I need to press the buttons numerous times before the keyboard will respond. it currently set at 500/1000. I have tried many different settings with no luck. Any ideas?
