I was having trouble activating a device after an ESN swap as it wasn't getting any data signal. It was showing a 1x. I called Verizon and was on hold for over 30 minutes prior to someone answering.

The lady that answered said she just received a memo about a national data outage that affects more than just BlackBerry devices. She said they haven't sent out an official statement yet.

I have checked with my other users and they aren't having issues.

Anyone else experiencing any issues?
