I guess I should've been more clear: it would've been nice to know that jl_cmder isn't required to remove an IT policy. That all one needs to do is use the DOS prompt to navigate to:

c:/program files/common files/research in motion/apploader

and then run: loader.exe/resettofactory

A lot less hassle than Jl_cmder.
