Because KT Powertel is iDen
BB9000 does not support iDen as you konw
he is supposed to select one between KR KTF and SK Telecom
They have WCDMA network and works with BB9000
I am using bb9000 with SK Telecom
If none of two networks work, ask vodafone about roaming
Because roaminh is possible only between contracted service providers
