Your profile says you are on T-Mo. As said above you cannot transfer your BIS account from ATT to T-Mo. You have to start all over again. And if you were using the ATT supplied email address, that will be lost as it cannot carry over either.
Don't worry about my profile. I canceled my tmobile service and sign up with att instead. So, what should I do to get my BIS account work? thanks
