I was messing around on Blackberry extras (http://mobile.blackberry.com on your BB browser) and there are new games for OS 3.8 and higher and new themes for OS 4.1. There are 2 or 3 games and one icon and two list themes that are free to download over the air.

There are also free holiday ringtones.

I put this in the general discussion as that is where I thought it best fit as it can be downloaded or applies to more than one device. Mods can move it if need be.
