A new OS won't fix the situation. Some sort of data service needs to be added to your carrier account to enable MMS, whether that is a BlackBerry data package or some kind of ala carte MMS service, if availible.


1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.
