I am assuming you have looked at the CradlePoint web page and noticed this foot not on your BB model.

"3 - The Blackberry models listed are only tested to work on phone software 4.2.x and previous. Later versions may have problems connecting to the CradlePoint router."

If you are still on a phone software version lower than 4.2.x which is doubtful then you should be able to connect without any problems. If you are on a higher phone software version past 4.2.x then you will have to wait for CradlePoint to fix the issue. If you do have an older phone software version before the versions not supported please post that as well as your carrier and I can try to give you some pointers in how I have my BB setup.
