Can someone please help.
I am trying to access my BB 8100 thru Desktop Manager 4.3 but every time it connects it keeps asking for a password (See image attached). I enter my phone password but that doesnt seem to work. I have also reset my password and that doesnt work either.

What could be wrong?

All i want to do is access my phone to backup numbers and upload/download images and songs. Should I be trying other software?
