Pressing the RIM button - Like pressing the screen?! -

Dear All,
I've recently bought my blackberry bold, well, literally 4 days ago!
Im enjoying it so far, excellent piece of kit; much much better than the windows mobile phone I had (which kept crashing and was sooo slow - yep, thats right, NOTHING has changed since my winmo previous to that in 2002.)
Just one little thing...
When I press either the green call button or the blackberry menu button, in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, it seems to get pressed down, just as if I were pressing down on the screen itself (you see the LCD liquid re-distribute) - As I understand it, as a general rule, this leads to dead pixels and stuff on LCD screens when they're pressed on - is anybody else having this problem??
I dont mind it happening, just so long as it dosent lead to perminant damage.
Other than that, ive never had a phone of such class!
