I have a question regarding the removal of the Peer to Peer encryption key as instructed in the solution as originally posted in this thread.

Question: Does this remove only the peer to peer encryption key or does it also remove the encryption key for all other forms of communication as well (email, etc)? My initial thought would be that it only disables peer to peer encryption. I just need verification so I can submit a request to have our IT Policy changed to remove peer to peer encryption.
