Well, the screens themselves come in 3 different models.
Mine is a made in hungray, i would assume this is the same for european models.
i think the american ones are made in mexico
dont know about the rest.

also, the side buttons is because of the bezel pressing the screen, but i dont get any disturbance from the bottom buttons.
it is a sctrange occurance.
i guess its just the way they are built with the screen so close to the edges.
