If they have Enterprise Service Policy set up on the BES, then no, it will not work. Enterprise Service Policy can be set up to only allow specific device models to activate. If BES is configured to disallow the Tour, then there's no way around it.

It doesn't need you or anyone to tell it what model it is. BES will determine the device model as part of the activation process and if the model isn't supported on your BES it simply won't activate.
