email no problem.

if your company does not have a BES (blackberry enterprise server) you cannot sync calendar, contacts and todos over the air, but can by using desktop manager and a usb connection.
you would need to setup your work email the same as the personal email, or have work email forward atuomatically to a personal account.

i dont believe the tcp/ip connection for syncing is possible with a BB.
