Dubdub's link is EXACTLY where you need to go. You have to click the pink link at the bottom of the page where it says "Log in to My T-Mobile and set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail". Go to support and type in BlackBerry. Links galore!



How do I set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail using a My T-Mobile Account?

NOTE: The following system requirements must be met to log in and manage account options using your computer:
Internet browser: Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6.0 (or later), Mozilla® Firefox™ version 1.0, Opera version 8.0, or Safari™ version 1.2.
Operating System: Windows® 98, 98 Second Edition, 2000, ME, XP, or Mac OS® 9.0 or 10.0.
NOTE: This article assumes that you are registered for My T-Mobile. For more information about registering for My T-Mobile, go to My T-Mobile.
To set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail using a My T-Mobile account, perform the following steps:
1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in.
2. Under Learn, select Messages and e-mail.
NOTE: This link is only available if you have selected a BlackBerry® as your phone in My T-Mobile. Verify that a picture of your BlackBerry® is shown in the center of the home page when you log in to My T-Mobile.
3. Under Connect and Share, click Configure e-mail.
