This is because you installed BlackBerry Desktop Software using the Redirector option.

Uninstall BlackBerry Desktop from your PC.
Delete all of the [Desktop] service books from your BlackBerry. (Options > Advanced Options > Service Book)
Reinstall BlackBerry Desktop using the BIS option. (not the Redirector option)
