Try going to options, advanced, applications, then scroll down to documents to go, then click menu, edit permissions, make sure they are all at allow. If that does not work, try a battery pull: remove the battery from the device for 30 seconds, then put it back in, this resets the bold (keeps all your files intact though), may take a little bit though.
