I downloaded the JL_Cmder, it was automatically put as an icon on my desktop. I right clicked on the icon, clicked "run as administrator", and it then appeared to do something . . . . not really sure. I saw a black box pop up and disappear in about 0.1 seconds. Nothing happend after that. Any help?
