Sorry to hear about the loss. Don't forget to report it to your carrier ASAP as you are liable for all charges up until you report it to the carrier.

You will need to add the new IMEI and PIN to your BIS account and put in a new SIM from your carrier and it shoudl work. Might have to play with some of the settings.
