My 8830 has a faulty end call key so I was sent a new phone. I've tried unsuccessfully to transfer these two programs to my new phone using desktop manager and could use so explicit instructions from a bb guru.

I'm not having much luck communicating with Pocketday people and I'm getting nervous because I've got a lot of important info in my PD Lists.
