Hi, everyone. I just bought a 8700c for my dad and I was trying to upgrade it to the 4.5 firmware so that my dad can read and type chinese. (and Yea.. I am chinese) However, when I was trying to upgrade the firmware, it stayed in the second last step (9th) from almost two hours ago. This is my first time using a BB and I am so frustrated now. What am I supposed to do now???? I tried to cancel the upgrade but it failed, the DM seemed to be working, but it didn't respond to my cancellation or to continue the process either.

Hope I can get a solution here so that I can send my dad this cell fone. Thanks!
