Strongly disagree! Sitting on ones laurels is what nearly killed Palm [the jury is still out, it still may die] Touch screens are the future and every manufacturer are doing them. Not everyone gets it right on their first try and RIM rushed this product out for Verizon. And yes RIM does need to chase the iphone. RIM may be the king of business user
now, but Apple is slowly, but surely making in roads into that market. And if RIM isn't careful, they may lose the market they help define.
