Hi All,

I am using BLACKBERRY 8130 with vodafone(India) carrier.
When i am trying to run a 3rd party J2ME application i could not able to connect to network. it shows "connection time out".
I set my device TCP settings to "portalnmms".

Are there any extra settings required to connect to the network from j2me application related to proxy etc.

I was able to browse all the sites by using BLACKBERRY APN. which comes by default with browser.

when it comes to J2ME application only i couldn't able to connect to network with the above TCP settings...

if any of you are facing the same problem or any solution for this please provide your input.
