Yep... been there done that years ago in my first Outlook sync.
You probably (could be) have imported your SIM Card to BlackBerry, as well?
My advice.. get Outlook correct, everything in Outlook should be to your liking.
Then once you are satisfied that Outlook is correct, completely delete the BlackBerry Address book database and resync to Outlook.
