I am a little disappointed with this case.

I recieved mine last night and immediatley put it on. It indeed is extremely tight, so tight, that it doesn't wrap all the way around. There are 4 prongs that are on the screen protector that slid into the case, the 2 on the top sit correct, one of the bottom ones go half way in, the other not at all.

If there was a way to shrink the case, only the part around the screen, everything would fit perfect. The area around the screen seems to be too big.

Has anyone dealt with Speck customer service? I would like to send my case back and try another one. I figure if I am paying this much for a case, it should fit.
