Sorry to go off topic here, but I'm curious about the feature code #228. I'm assuming this is only for Verizon? I just tried to dial it from my Sprint phone and it doesn't work. Anyone know the code for Sprint?
I was under the impression that dialing *2 for customer service (on sprint) would update the phone before connecting to a csr???
